A17k reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & Policies
Registration Process
Accurate and complete information is required to create an account on a17k. Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is considered a violation of these terms, and we reserve the right to close all associated accounts.
Withdrawals are not possible without completing KYC verification. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
It is strictly prohibited to allow a third party to use your account. Violating this may result in suspension.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
A17k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for any of the reasons below:
- Registering with false or incomplete information
- Managing Multiple Accounts
- Fraudulent Activity or Bonus Abuse
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Account Closure Upon User Request
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using a17k, you must comply with these rules. Violations may lead to account closure and forfeiture of balance.
- All betting and gaming activities must be for personal entertainment only.
- The use of any automated software, bots, or scripts on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Participating in betting collusion or match-fixing activities with other users is prohibited.
- Platform bugs or errors may not be exploited. Please report any issues to support immediately.
- Harassment, abuse, or intimidation of other users is strictly forbidden.
- The platform cannot be used for money laundering or illicit transactions.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on a17k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Deposits and withdrawals are accepted via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are shown after login.
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours. VIP members’ withdrawals are prioritized and processed faster.
Bonuses & Promotions
A17k bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated on the offers page.
To withdraw bonus funds, a specific betting requirement must be met. a17k reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is detected.
Transaction Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bets once placed usually cannot be cancelled. However, transactions may be reviewed under the following circumstances:
- If a transaction occurs due to a technical error
- If an event is cancelled or unresolved
- If fraudulent activity is detected
